In combination with SNCF Reseau, In-MOVE, by RAILGRUP organizes one of the Learning Expeditions for SNCF Reseau management committee (included regional managers) in Europe in order to look at inspiring initiatives in other European territories (the NL, Switzerland and Spain) to initiate action in their field of expertise: capacity allocation, customer services, marketing and regulation.

The ultimate purpose of these Learnex is to strengthen the service posture and commitment to customers within DGCS and beyond within SNCF Réseau, in a backdrop of the opening competition of the French railways market.

The meetings are a also a great opportunity to share ideas/projects on both sides, between Spanish and French representatives.

The management committee will be divided into 3 subgroups of 8 people: one will go to the NL, the other one to Switzerland and the last one to Spain. Spanish trip attendees are: Sales Director, Strategy Director, HR Director, Communication Director + 4 Regional Directors (included Occitanie Region Director).

The trip to Spain would stand on June 1st (in Madrid) and June 2nd (in Barcelona)
