The aim of the new course CCAM. Context, tools and trends in connected and automated mobility, of TecnoCampus, Pompeu Fabra University affiliated centre, is to obtain an overall perspective of the mobility of the future, and an understanding of the technologies of connected and automated vehicles and infrastructures. Thanks to this perspective, the student will be able to design new transport services from the point of view of the user. 

Physical and Digital Infrastructure (PDI), as well as connectivity and cooperative information and action, represent important resources that enable and support the integration of vehicles throughout the transportation system. Road authorities and operators can provide essential PDI information to vehicles, road users, and other modes of transportation. Additionally, connectivity and cooperation are important capabilities of the full range of V2X actors (vehicles, infrastructures, vulnerable road users, etc.).
